The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The service was equally impressive. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. I also have to mention how much I loved the decor and atmosphere. The rustic-chic vibe, combined with cozy lighting, made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a fantastic meal. Met my husband here after work last week. Walk in and was automatically seated. Restaurant was beautiful inside. Staff was very nice, always asking if needed anything and how was everything. I had a steak sandwich which was really good. Fresh, hot, and full of flavor. I also ended getting a drink because it was happy hour don't remember which one I got but something with lemon in it. I will say this, first place I've gone to that isn't stingy on the alcohol! But really happy with what I picked out. Overall, I was very happy with the place and would return again. If you're in the area, I'd say give it a try!
One of my favorite brunch place in Brea! Visited several times. Tried 7 kinds of food, 6kinds of cocktails, they are all good!! Pretty interior, great service, definitely the place for ladies especially :-)
I finally got the chance to dine at Julep for my Birthday 07.02.24 My 2 mama friends took mee here for my birthday lunch. I've heard so much about this restaurant since it took over the old "Jimmy's American Tavern Restaurant" and was excited to get the opportunity to check it out. They did a great remodeling when they revamped up this restaurant and turned it into Julep Cast Iron Kitchen. Came here in a Tuesday for reservations at 1 p.m. There was another couple dining for lunch. Was greeted nicely by the host that led us to our table booth. What we ordered ~ Ahi tuna tartare was delicious and fresh. I love my ahi tuna served w crunchy wonton chips. It was the best appetizer. Always a fav of mine. ~ Flat iron steak was good and the steak was cook to perfection per requested. I opt and got truffle fries instead of the mash potatoes since the other entree was also coming w mash potatoes. The truffle fries were yummy and crispy. ~ iron trout was more on the bland side. Could've taste must better, was disappointed in this entree. Not recommended in mine and my girlfriend's opinion. ~ espresso martini was good just not as strong, more on the lighter side. Definitely recommend getting a double shot! Lol FYI complimentary Birthday dessert is given when you inform the server you're celebrating a Birthday. I just opted out and wanted to try their Creme brûlée from their dessert menu. So glad I did. So worth every scrumptious bite! It's a really nicely decorated upscale floral vibing restaurant which makes a great brunch or dinner spot. Has a greenery wall for photo ops outside along with the ambiance makes it a nice place to take photos throughout the restaurant. The restaurant is open and spacious with booths table, regular table along with an outdoor patio w elegant simple classy design. Service was great, fast and really attentive. Located in the La Floresta shopping center not far from Whole Foods Market, Mendocino Farms and also same restaurants with Capital Noodles Bar. Plenty of parking available.
This is my third here and have never had a bad experience! The food is great. Love the aesthetic deco. Such a cute place to come with your girlfriends or family. This time visiting we met Nana and she is such a beautiful person inside and out. She tended to us with such courtesy and friendliness. Her professionalism is superb!
Such a beautiful restaurant nearby my house located in the Whole Foods plaza. Parking is never great here so go early to find a spot. This place is in the corner right by Whole Foods. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. We came here for a gf catching up late brunch. Food was good but I couldn't finish my meal because I had way too many mimosas. Definitely a great spot for date night or QT time with your besties. I wanna come back and try out their dinner menu. Staff here is very friendly and helpful, I will be back.
Our group of 6 had a very good time. The service was great from Brent and the food had a lovely presentation and tasted good. We will definitely be back.
